All Hamilton Security Officers are trained through Security Training Solutions, Inc.

 S.T.S. has provided professional training for many local, national, and even international security agencies and in-house security programs.  All Hamilton officers are required to complete a minimum of 24 hours of classroom training.  During this time, they are certified in Red Cross C.P.R. and First Aid along with completing studies in basic security.  Armed training is also available along with additional courses in Self Defense, Report Writing, Violence in the Workplace, Cultural Diversity, Pepper Spray, and Baton.
