Professionalism Through Training
In 2004, Security Training Solutions, Inc. or S.T.S. was formed to meet the need for a well trained, better prepared, security professional. Gone are the days of a "warm body" guard that is put into a position with little or no training. Their attitude is poor and their competence in low. On the other hand, a well trained security "professional" is highly motivated, respected, and above all competent. In 2007, over 500 security officers were trained through S.T.S. all of which came from a variety of local, national and international security companies working in the St. Louis area.
